Scope of Application Article 1. 1. The accommodation contract and related agreements that this facility concludes with the guest shall be in accordance with the provisions of these General Accommodation Terms and Conditions, and any matters not provided for in these General Accommodation Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with laws and regulations or generally established customs. In the event that the accommodation facility agrees to a special agreement within the scope that does not contravene laws, regulations, and custom, such special agreement shall prevail notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph. Application for accommodation contract Article 2. A person who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract at this facility shall provide the following items to this facility. (7)When a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested in connection with the accommodation. (8) When the accommodation cannot be arranged due to natural disasters, facility breakdowns, or other unavoidable reasons. (9)When a person seeking accommodation is intoxicated or otherwise behaves in a manner that causes inconvenience to neighboring residents or the staff of the facility. (10)When other cases in which accommodation can be refused as stipulated by various laws and ordinances or Nagano Prefecture ordinances are applicable. Guest's Right to Cancel Contract Article 5. 1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by making an offer to this facility. In the event that the accommodation contract is cancelled in whole or in part for reasons attributable to the accommodation guest, this facility shall charge a penalty fee in accordance with the provisions listed in Appendix 2. However, in the event that this facility accepts the special contract stipulated in Article 4, Paragraph 1, it is only when this facility has notified the guest of his/her obligation to pay the penalty when the guest cancels the accommodation contract in accepting the special contract. 3. (6)When the guest does not comply with the prohibitions on smoking in the building, tampering with firefighting facilities, and other rules of use established by the facility (limited to what is necessary for fire prevention). (7)The person who intends to stay is a member of or associated with a crime syndicate, a company affiliated with a crime syndicate, a group or organization advocating social or political activities, or any other anti-social force. (8)When the person seeking accommodation makes violent, threatening, blackmailing, or intimidating unreasonable demands of our facilities or our staff, or demands a burden exceeding a reasonable range, or when it is recognized that a similar act has been committed in the past.
